"Off Grid" - a popup event curated by Pat & Pinkys

 

Pat & Pinky's Taste of Guyana is coming to the Staff Canteen: a restaurant and bar atop Queensrollahouse. This 12,000 sq ft industrial former Rolls Royce building has been transformed by artist Henry Krokatsis using redundant materials with the result being a precarious balance between functionality and subversion.

With sweeping industrial views of Park Royal, Pat of Pat & Pinky's will be hosting the first of a series of events that will showcase the fusion of cultures which is Guyanese Cuisine.

El Dorado, Guyana's premier rum 3,5,12 & 15yr old will be the fuel and libations for the evening. Award-winning Vodka & Gin by Liquorsmiths. Non-alcoholic spirits and cocktails made with StrykkGuyanese Juices, Sorrel, Gingerbeer & Limeade aka Swank. Cold beers and fine wines available by the bottle and glass.
